Individual Therapy


I work with adults and young professionals navigating life transitions, identity exploration, relationship challenges, trauma, and questions of meaning. Many of the people I work with are creatives, immigrants, LGBTQ+ individuals, or those seeking deeper self-understanding and growth.

I offer both in-person sessions in Williamsburg, and virtual therapy throughout New York. Together, we create a grounded, supportive space to slow down, reflect, and explore what’s unfolding in your life. My goal is to help you gain clarity, build resilience, and move toward meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.

Relationship Therapy


Relationships often hold both our deepest longings and our most painful patterns. Together, we slow down moments of tension or disconnection and explore the underlying emotions, attachment dynamics, and past experiences that shape how you relate to one another.

We will look at the cycles you may find yourselves repeating and the meanings beneath them. My role is to help you recognize these patterns with greater awareness, communicate more vulnerably, and build stronger repair when things feel strained. The goal is a relationship that feels more emotionally secure, intentional, and alive.
